The Mission of Milpitas Unified School District is to provide the skills, knowledge, and experiences that will prepare students to be successful for life. The school board serves a population of approximately 69,000 residents that covers nearly 13 square miles. This includes over 10,000 students.

We encourage you to attend meetings of your Board of Education. Your views on issues which do not appear on the agenda may be publicly expressed during the Request of Visitors/Open Forum portion of the meeting. If you wish to speak about an issue which appears on the agenda, please fill out a green card found near the entrance and hand it to our Communications Specialist. Copies of the meeting agenda are available at the time of the meeting inside the entrance to the Board of Education Meeting Room, or you can click on the agenda link on this page.

You may write, phone, or e-mail individual Board members with your concerns, ideas, or questions. The board as a whole cannot respond but your message could be forwarded to each member to read and consider.
