We are requesting all parents / caregivers to please upload your child’s proof of COVID-19 vaccinations to your Aeries Parent Portal account. Step by step instructions can be found here. The submission of your proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be maintained as confidential.

Through the excitement of football, our hope is to provide an uplifting day of distraction and excitement for youth facing any personal, medical, or life challenges through a special gameday experience. Knowing nonprofit partners like you have clients that have been through a lot these past couple of years, we are eager to make some amazing memories for those young individuals that are looking for a boost of morale. If you know of any exceptionally deserving youth who are big 49ers fans, please have them apply for the program on our website here.
